Korufi Pro is $179 a month. That covers everything. Online ordering with a custom domain. Reservations. Loyalty. Multi-channel marketing across email, SMS and web push. AI menu onboarding (paste a URL, your storefront is built in five minutes). Per-dish indexable pages with full structured data. Listings sync to Google, Apple Maps and Bing. What we don’t take:any percentage of your orders. Your customers’ card payments go through your Stripe account, not ours, so you keep the relationship and the chargeback liability stays where it belongs.
What’s not included in $179:Stripe’s own processing fee (2.9% + 30¢ per online card transaction, the same as direct), and the cost of any text messages we send your customers (passed through at Twilio’s per-segment rate, currently around half a cent each in the US).

Korufi Starter is $89 a month. Same product, capped at 50 menu items and one location, with a small “Powered by Korufi” line in your storefront footer.

Common questions
How long is the trial?
Fourteen days. No credit card to start. After fourteen days, your storefront stops accepting new orders until you add a payment method, but your data and your dashboard stay accessible.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. We ask for billing details on day fourteen, not day one. If a SaaS marketing site asks for your card before showing you the product, that's a tell.
What does "bring your own Stripe" actually mean?
Customer card payments route through your own Stripe account. We never hold your money. The relationship with the customer (and the chargeback liability) stays with you. Korufi only charges you the $179 monthly subscription.
What happens if I outgrow the $179 plan?
The next plan up is $499 a month for multi-location (up to 5 locations on one account). That is also flat. There is no metered overage on order volume, customer count, or storage at any tier.
Do you ever take a percentage of my orders?
No. That is the whole point. We will never charge a per-order fee. The promise is on the homepage and on this page, with the date last updated visible.
What support do I get?
Email and SMS reply within four hours during the workweek (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Central US). Studio tier ($499) adds a dedicated CSM and phone support during operating hours.
What's your refund policy?
If you cancel within thirty days, we refund the most recent month, no questions asked. After thirty days, you cancel any time and your subscription ends at the end of the current billing period.
If I leave Korufi, can I take my customer data with me?
Yes. Your customer list, your order history, your menu data, your reservations are all yours, exportable as CSV from the operator dashboard. We will not hold your data hostage to keep you on the platform.
