Common questions
How long is the trial?
Fourteen days, no card required. After day 14 your storefront pauses new orders until you add a payment method. Your data and dashboard stay accessible.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. We ask for billing on day fourteen, not day one. Asking up-front is a tell.
What does “bring your own Stripe” actually mean?
Customer payments route through your own Stripe account. Korufi never holds your money. The relationship and chargeback liability stay with you. We bill only the $179 monthly subscription.
What happens if I outgrow $179?
Studio is $499 a month for up to five locations. Also flat. No metered overages on volume, customers, or storage at any tier. No “we’ll increase your rate because you grew.”
Do you ever take a percentage of orders?
No. That’s the whole point. The promise is dated on the homepage and on this page.
How long until my dishes start ranking on Google?
Your site is indexable from day one. Per-dish pages typically appear in “near me” results within a week as Google crawls them, and the structured-data markup we ship makes them eligible for star displays and AI-overview citations. Listings sync to Google, Apple Maps and Bing fires on publish.
What support do I get?
Email and SMS reply within four hours, Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm Central. Studio adds a dedicated CSM and phone support. If you ever email and we don’t reply, the founder’s address is hello@korufi.com. No support queue.
What’s your refund policy?
Cancel within thirty days and we refund the most recent month, no questions. After thirty days, cancel any time. Your subscription ends at the end of the current period. No annual contracts, no early-termination fees.
If I leave, can I take my data?
Yes. Customers, orders, menus, reservations are all exportable as CSV from the dashboard, any time. The exit is in the dashboard, not a cancellation queue.
