How we calculate this

Methodology, not magic.

Each platform’s rate uses their published pricing as of April 2026: DoorDash Marketplace 25% (Plus tier), Uber Eats 25% (mid-band of their published 15 to 30 percent spread), Owner.com Flex $249/month plus a 5% guest fee, Toast Online Ordering at the entry 2.49% per order rate, and direct (Stripe pass-through) at 2.9% + 30¢. The Korufi line is $179 a month, flat.

We do not include Stripe’s own processing fee in either the competitor column or the Korufi column, because every operator pays Stripe whether they use a platform or not. The savings number is purely the platform-tax difference.
